How accurate are the minute estimates?

Liv uses peer-reviewed epidemiological frameworks (Spiegelhalter 2012, Stylianou et al. 2021) to estimate per-serving lifespan impact. These are population-level averages — they represent the best available science, not individual medical predictions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Liv. You can cancel or change your plan anytime. Apple manages all billing.

Why can't the camera identify my food?

Make sure your food is well-lit and clearly visible. Liv works best with single dishes or plates — very mixed buffets or dark environments can reduce accuracy. Try taking the photo from directly above.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your profile and scan history stay on your device. We don't have user accounts, we don't track you, and we don't sell data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open Liv, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
